Is there a fee to join ArkavedaTech?
No. There is never a fee to join, to stay in the network or to be matched with projects.
How and when do I get paid?
Each milestone has an agreed budget before work starts. When the milestone is approved, your payment is released to your bank account. Freelancers outside India are paid through supported international transfer methods.
Can I keep working with my own clients?
Yes. You're independent — ArkavedaTech simply adds well-run projects to your pipeline. You choose what you take on.
Who sets my rate?
You do. When we match you with a project, we share the budget upfront so you can decide whether it works for you.
What happens if a client changes the scope?
Your project lead handles it. Scope changes are documented, re-estimated and agreed before any extra work begins, so you're never doing unpaid work.
How long does the application review take?
We personally review every application and reply within five business days.
